At Design By Chaz, we aim to process and dispatch all orders quickly and securely. Please read the following information carefully before placing an order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 weeks, unless the order includes a pre-order item.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a dispatch email with tracking details once it has shipped.

Pre-Orders:

Pre-order items may take several months to ship due to manufacturing timelines.

Customers will receive regular email updates throughout the production and fulfilment process to keep them informed.

Your order will not be dispatched until all pre-order items in your order are ready to ship.

Delivery Times

United Kingdom: 2–5 business days

Europe: 5–10 business days

Rest of World: 7–14 business days

These timeframes are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on courier performance and customs clearance.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Promotional free shipping (when available) will be clearly stated on product or checkout pages.

Tracking

All orders include tracking where available. You will receive your tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees applied by their local authorities.

These charges are not included in our prices and are beyond our control.

Missing or Delayed Orders
