• Orders are processed within 1-2 weeks, unless the order includes a pre-order item.

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a dispatch email with tracking details once it has shipped.

Pre-Orders:

• Pre-order items may take several months to ship due to manufacturing timelines.

• Customers will receive regular email updates throughout the production and fulfilment process to keep them informed.

• Your order will not be dispatched until all pre-order items in your order are ready to ship.

Delivery Times

• United Kingdom: 2–5 business days

• Europe: 5–10 business days

• Rest of World: 7–14 business days

These timeframes are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on courier performance and customs clearance.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

• Promotional free shipping (when available) will be clearly stated on product or checkout pages.
